Shipping with DHL (Free): Germany, Austria, Italy
Standard International (Free): Rest of the European Union
III. Delivery times
Our products are usually delivered within 1 - 3 working days.
Unless a different deadline is specified on the respective product page, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5-65 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 63 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
The delivery time for our e-bikes usually takes 3 - 5 working days.
IV. Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
Download products will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

VI. Further details on payment
If payment is made by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit or SEPA business direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
B. We love our environment
We want to protect these. Our packages therefore do not include return labels. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

4. Reimbursement
Please note that you can only register a return once. If you have forgotten to register a product, simply include it in the box. If you want to keep one of your registered items, do not send it back.
The refund will be made via the deposited payment method within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods by our external logistics provider.
