My order has not arrived yet, but the 14-day deadline from Klarna invoice is due

- First of all: The invoice deadline only begins when you have received the shipping confirmation

How does payment on account work with Klarna?

- As soon as the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email from Klarna with a payment request within 14 days

How and where do I return my package?

- With us, the customer pays for the return shipping themselves. We use this procedure because we have had bad experiences with free return shipping in the past.

I have ordering problems, what should I do?

- Our support will help you as quickly as possible to solve your problem. Please send us an email to info@360-grad-fitness.de

- Please provide your name, address and the browser you used to order from us so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

How can I cancel my order?

- Help us to improve! We are very sorry about your intention to cancel! We would be happy to know the reason for the cancellation of your order.

- Write us a short email to info@360-grad-fitness.de and we will explain the smooth cancellation process.

How long does it take to ship my goods?

- The delivery time is stated on the product page for each product

- We currently have a delivery time of approx. 1 - 3 working days

- For our e-bikes, the delivery time is 3 - 5 working days due to the size

- We always strive to guarantee a quick processing of your order.

Where is my package?

- We only send our packages via e-package with a tracking number, which can be found in the shipping confirmation and tracked under shipment tracking

- We would be happy to provide you with this number. Just send us a short email with your name, address and order number to info@360-grad-fitness.de.

Received goods damaged, what to do?

- We always strive to offer you the best quality products and a hassle-free delivery service. Unfortunately, damage can occur during delivery.

- We are happy to offer you a discount or a spare part delivery

- We ask you to send us an email with a picture of the damaged goods, name and address to info@360-grad-fitness.de
