Conditions for our money-back guarantee
- Regardless of any statutory right of withdrawal , we grant you the right to return the goods to us within 15 days if the product does not meet your expectations and does not achieve the desired results.
- The period for the money-back guarantee begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods on time.
- Additional costs incurred by selecting premium shipping will not be refunded.
- The goods must be in their original packaging (if the goods were delivered in appropriate packaging), complete and undamaged.
- You will bear the costs for returning the goods.
- Under the aforementioned conditions, we will refund the purchase price to you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
- The money-back guarantee does not limit your statutory right of cancellation or any rights you may have in the event of defects.
- The money-back guarantee does not apply to consumer goods.
