Our 360° EMS Trainer Set is the perfect companion on the way to your dream figure.
It enables highly efficient EMS training to build muscle in the stomach, legs, buttocks and arms. In comparison to conventional training methods, our body trainer uses electrical stimulation, which Muscle growth accelerates and fat burns more specifically . So your workout at home or in the gym, without you having to put in more effort or train for longer. It's very easy to use and the EMS pads stick reliably to your skin despite sweating and movement.
Application:
- Remove the EMS pads from the protective film and apply them to the stomach, legs, buttocks or arms
- Attach the controller to the EMS pad using the buttons
- The controllers are rechargeable via USB – just use the included cable
- Turn on our EMS body trainer
- Use "ON" and "OFF" to set the intensity and "PROGRAM" to set the desired mode
- Train a different muscle group than the one to which the pad is attached for about 20-30 minutes (the workout will be as effective as an hour in the gym)

I. Shipping costs
Shipping with DHL (Free): Germany, Austria, Italy
Standard International (Free): Rest of the European Union
III. Delivery times
Our products are usually delivered within 1 - 3 working days.
Unless a different deadline is specified on the respective product page, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5-65 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 63 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
The delivery time for our e-bikes usually takes 3 - 5 working days.
IV. Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
Download products will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
You can download download products via a link sent by email.

VI. Further details on payment
If payment is made by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit or SEPA business direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
B. We love our environment
We want to protect these. Our packages therefore do not include return labels. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Complete the following steps:
1. Please pack all returned items in their original packaging in your parcel
2. Enclose your delivery note or please fill out this form and either send it back to us by email (copy and paste) or print it out and pack it with the shipment.

4. Reimbursement
Please note that you can only register a return once. If you have forgotten to register a product, simply include it in the box. If you want to keep one of your registered items, do not send it back.
The refund will be made via the deposited payment method within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods by our external logistics provider.
