Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Delivery of download products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium).

Download products are sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours of the contract being concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after you have issued your payment instruction).

You can download download products via a link sent to you by email.
This e-mail with access data for executing the download will be sent within 24 hours of the contract being concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after you have issued your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within the country (Germany) will be within 5-15 days, for foreign deliveries within 5-15 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days of payment.

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA business-to-business direct debit, you authorise us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
