- Kraft ab 55: Die tägliche Aufnahme von Kreatin kann die Wirkung von Krafttraining auf die Muskelkraft bei Erwachsenen über 55 Jahren steigern. Die positive Wirkung stellt sich bei einer täglichen Aufnahme von 3 g Kreatin in Verbindung mit Krafttraining ein, das mindestens dreimal pro Woche über mehrere Wochen mit einer Intensität von mindestens 65 bis 75 % der Maximalkraft durchgeführt wird.
- Herz: Thiamin (Vitamin B1) trägt zu einer normalen Herzfunktion bei.
- Immunsystem: Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Folsäure und Kupfer tragen zu einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems bei.

30 g (1 Portion) in 500 ml Wasser einrühren und 2 Minuten warten, bis sich der Schaum aufgelöst hat. Fertig.
