Here's how it works: For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate estimated shipping emissions. Based on these estimates, a portion of our proceeds goes to companies vetted by Carbon Direct's scientists. These companies use the money to remove as much carbon as our shipments caused. Any extra funds go toward further developing carbon removal technologies.
