Whey Protein Chocolate and Vanilla: The Creamy Classic

Some days, you don't want a clear, light drink. You want a proper shake. One that's creamy in the glass, that tastes of something, and that doesn't leave you feeling like you've just drunk water. That's exactly what our Whey Protein is for.

Two flavours, no experiments: chocolate and vanilla. Both deliver over 20g of protein per serving, both dissolve in seconds, both work with water just as well as with milk. The only difference is the taste, and that's up to you.

Your Two Flavours

Choco tastes like an ice-cold cocoa. 9% low-fat cocoa powder is directly the second ingredient on the list, which is why it tastes like real chocolate and not bitter or artificial. 20.8g protein per serving, plus 3.4g fibre per 100g. The flavour for when your shake can taste like dessert.

Vanilla tastes like a milkshake. Mild and well-rounded instead of sickly sweet like pudding powder, it's the flavour you'll still want to drink after your twentieth shake. With 22.3g protein per serving and 74.2g per 100g, it's our most protein-rich. Because vanilla goes with almost anything flavour-wise, it also goes into porridge, quark, or pancake batter.

How To Make Your Shake

Add 30g of powder, about one heaped scoop, to 300 to 500ml of cold water or milk and shake briefly. Less liquid means creamier, more means lighter. With milk, it becomes a full-fledged milkshake; with water, it remains lower in calories.

Drink directly after training or as a protein-rich snack in between. Vanilla also works as an ingredient: stir one serving into porridge, quark, yoghurt, or pancake batter.

Which flavour should I choose?

Choco, if the shake can taste like dessert. Vanilla, if you want a mild flavour that you can also stir into porridge, quark, and baking recipes. Vanilla has slightly more protein, chocolate more fibre.

How many servings are in one bag?

At 30g per serving, about 8 servings per 250g bag.

Water or milk?

Both work. With water, the shake becomes lighter and lower in calories; with milk, it's significantly creamier. For the full milkshake effect: milk.

Is it suitable for muscle building?

Yes. Proteins contribute to an increase in muscle mass and the maintenance of muscle mass. With up to 22.3g of protein per serving and up to 11.0g of leucine per 100g of protein, you cover a relevant part of your daily requirement.

Does it contain sugar?

No sugar is added. The stated sugar, 4.9g for chocolate and 6.0g for vanilla per 100g, is naturally occurring. Per serving, that's 1.5g and 1.8g respectively.

What is the difference to Whey Isolate?

Isolate is more highly filtered, contains less fat and lactose, and becomes clear. Concentrate retains more natural milk components, making it creamier and more attractively priced. For most goals, concentrate is perfectly sufficient.

Is it lactose-free?

No, it naturally contains lactose. If you are sensitive, our Clear Whey Isolate is the lower-lactose choice.

Does the Pulsus Fit Shaker fit?
